Complete with Motor Mounting Bracket,Constructed from heavyweight, three-ply material. Two outer layers of heavy-gauge PVC are laminated to an inner layer of polyester mesh. Not only is this extremely tough but it allows for a more rigid hull. When combined with an inflatable keel, all around rock guard and grab rope, rotational oar locks, fishing rod holders,repair patch kit, grab handles and a rigid floor, the Mariner is in a class by itself!,The Mariner  has been assigned a U.S. Coast Guard I.D. and is certified by the National Marine Manufacturer'sAssociation (NMMA) Mariner is TUV approved in the European Community.
